Itโ€™s structured just like the song.
You start with Day 1, then you do Day 1 + Day 2, then Day 1โ€“3, and so onโ€ฆ until you finish with all 12 exercises.

Itโ€™s fast, fun, and sneaky-effective. ( I was huffing and puffing by the end :))
By the time you hit round 12, youโ€™ve worked your entire body โ€” upper body, core, booty, and legs โ€” with a surprising amount of cardio sprinkled in.

And the best part?
You can do it during nap time, before the kids wake up, or during that tiny pocket of time between holiday chaos.

  3. 3 Dumbbell Bent Rows

  5. 5 Push-Ups
  6. 6 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  7. 7 Loop Band Kickbacks (each leg = 1)
  8. 8 Reverse Lunges (alternating)
  9. 9 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses
  10. 10 Glute Bridges with Loop Band
  11. 11 Loop Band Seated Rows
  12. 12 Loop Band Bicep Curls
