A List of Amazing Weekend Meal Prep Recipes
I like to set aside about 2 hours to do a weekend meal prep for a few things for the week to make our lives a little easier during the week. Most of these are breakfast and snack preps, because mornings are crazy and my kids are constantly asking for snacks. I will keep adding to this list, so you can come back for more ideas for weekend meal prep ideas.

Kodiak Sheet Pan Pancakes
These have pretty much become a weekly staple at our house. I cut and freeze them then pop them in the microwave for a minute or 2. I love that the kids love them and they are getting a filling breakfast. They are also super easy to customize for all our likes.
Kodiak Banana Muffins
These again go quick in our home. They are quick to wipe up and we some how always have bananas that are going bad, so this is a great way to use them.
No Cook Granola Bars
My daughter has a late lunch this year, so she is allowed to bring a snack to school. These are requested often.
Baked Donuts
At one point in time it felt like every Sunday we were stopping to get donuts after church. So I decided to figure out how to make them. Again super customizable recipe, I make the base then add topping after the mix is in the donut pans. This recipe is gluten and dairy free, however I don’t make them gluten or dairy free and just substitute in what I have at home. They still turn out so yummy.

Easy Sandwich Bread
Just like everyone else in 2020 I started looking up how to make bread at home. After trying a few different kinds this has been my go to. It it easy to make in an afternoon.

I need to buy more of these molds, so I can make more than 1 batch, because these didn’t even really last 1 day before we ate them all.
Protein Bagels
I get in these kicks where a bagel and cream cheese just hits the spot. So made these so I can still satisfy my craving, but fill up with some protein in the morning.
