Linguine Pasta and Chicken

This Trader Joes dinner is definitely a family favorite around here and easy to make.

You can find this linguine in the frozen section at Trader Joes (I use 2 bags for our family of 4), and grab a pack of chicken.

First we cook the chicken and season however you like, I like to use some salt, pepper and garlic. Once the chicken is fully cooked remove from pan and set aside.

Next cook the pasta according to the directions on the bag. Once the pasta is cooked you can add the chicken back in to warm up. I will also sometimes add in a can of diced tomatoes or some spinach to add more veggies.

Beef tips and Peppers

My husband is a meat and potatoes kinda guy and when I stumbled upon this recipes years ago it has been a staple in home. Trader Joes has steak tips that are perfect for this recipe.

First you need some beef tips, I like to cut mine into smaller pieces for quicker cooking and easier eating later. All you need to season the tips with oil, salt and pepper. That’s it, so simple. Cook the steak tips to your liking.

Once pepper and beef tips are cooked you can serve over rice or cauliflower rice to add more veggies.

Chicken and Sausage with Sweet Potato Gnocchi

To round out the list of my families favorite Trader Joes dinners is this simple sheet pan dinner. I mean little clean up is always a win in my book. This one is simple, preheat the oven to the direction on the gnocchi. Cut up the sausage ( like the sweet Italian chicken sausage). Spread all sausage and gnocchi onto one sheet pan evenly. Cook according to the package, once cooked mix the pesto in right on the pan. Serve as is or over rice.
