In 2022, I started down the path that so many others did of making their own homemade bread. As I started to look into how to make bread at home, I was presently surprised with how simple homemade bread can be. I didn’t have any sourdough starter, or standing mixer, or bread machine. Just some loaf pans. After trying a few different recipes this is the one that our family loves the most.
What I love most about this bread is it only takes a few hours to make, so I can start making bread at lunch and have it fresh for dinner. Also don’t need any thing fancy just a some bowl and my hands and about 2 hours to have yummy, simple and fast homemade bread.
Things you will need will be bowls ( at least 2), 2 loaf pans ( I like these ones from Amazon), dish towel and you hands. That’s it. No fancy machine to take up space on your counter that is just for making bread or big mixer that your small kitchen just doesn’t have room for.
This bread is so simple and easy to make, not to forget yummy, that I made it one Christmas for teachers and co-works. I just wrapped them in a cute towel and added the recipe so that they could make the bread themselves, or at least they would know what was in the bread.
